Loaded teas and hydration mix: Each packet makes a 32 ounce beverage. You may add more or less water to your liking. Empty the package Into a cup and add a minimal amount of warm water to help dissolve the mixture. Stir and add In cold water and Ice. Enjoy!

SpecialTEAS: Each packet makes a 32 ounce beverage. Due to this product containing so many nutrients and variables, It tends to be a little harder to mix up. We recommend using a frother or whisk to help you. Also, you may find that as you sip on the drink, contents will settle In the bottom, that Is to be expected. Simply stir or blow Into your straw and It will help keep It mixed!

Protein Shakes: These are very customizable. You can make them with water or milk. We recommend for a milkshake or thicker consistency to mix the packet contents with 5-6 ounces of both water and milk and a scoop of Ice and add to a blender. For a thinner consistency, simply add more liquid. You do not have to use a blender for this product, the key Is just to make sure It Is mixed well. Have fun with It, add In syrups or toppings and enjoy a healthy treat!

We try to keep a wide variety of tea flavors in stock but they are not unlimited unfortunately. If a flavor is out, message us and we'll see what we can do!

Tea packets and protein shakes should be stored in a dry cool place, if they are not, moisture build up may occur. Products are best when used within 4 months.
